Make it a weekend to remember

Across Saturday and Sunday, TrailGraze brings together a thought provoking brunch event and a series of relaxed, bookable producer experiences across North West Tasmania.

Saturday morning begins with Food for Thought at Ghost Rock Vineyard, exploring the science and innovation behind what we grow, make and pour. Throughout the weekend, twelve producers host timed activations – everything from tastings and guided tours to hands-on experiences like grape stomping, many of them family friendly.

Join one event or plan your whole weekend around it.

Food for Thought - Brunch

Food for Thought is a relaxed brunch at Ghost Rock Wines, bringing together Tasmanian produce, sparkling wine and thoughtful conversation in one of the state’s most beautiful vineyard settings.

Hosted in partnership with the Tasmanian Institute of Agriculture (TIA), the morning explores the ideas behind what we grow, make and pour – from soil health and beneficial insects to innovation in the vineyard.

Expect generous shared brunch courses, a mimosa on arrival and conversations that feel lively, grounded and genuinely interesting.
